ACG Texas, LP, Richardson, TX.  2010-2011.  Landscape Design for City submittals, and Irrigation Design for IHOP restaurant in Harker Heights, Texas.

Firebrand Properties, LLC, Dallas, TX.  2009-2011.  Landscape Design for City submittals, and Irrigation Design for multiple fast food restaurants.

Wellness Clinic, Greenville, TX.  2010.  Landscape design for Community Health Service Agency.

Cushman Wakefield fountain redesign, Dallas, TX.  2009-2010. Re-design and Contract Administration for two fountains in an office complex.

Country Club Park PID (Public Improvement District), Grand Prairie, TX.  2009-2010.  Master Plan, Design, and Contract Administration for City/ Homeowners Assoc. landscape entries.

Wallingford PID (Public Improvement District), Grand Prairie, TX. 2008 – 2010.

Design and Contract Administration for City/Homeowner’s Assoc. landscape entries including entry monument signage.

Median Landscape protection for Odor Control stations, City of Garland, TX. 2009-2010. Landscape plans surrounding odor control stations located in street medians.

Landfill Landscape Design, Grand Prairie, TX. 2009.  Design for landfill low water use storage building area.

Coushatta Heritage Center, Kinder, LA. 2008 – 2009.  Master Plan for an 80 acre site language learning center development for a for the Coushatta Tribe Sovereign Nation.  Landscape Plan and construction documents for features such as, lakes, shade structures, walking paths, parking lot layout, trails with activity stops, and general landscaping.

City of Grand Prairie Water Utilities, Grand Prairie, TX. 2007-2008. Water efficient landscape design and beautification for Water Utilities Headquarters and Public Works Training Center. Work included walkways, seating areas, lighting, flag poles, entry monuments and plantings with informational brochures to educate the public on low water plant choices.

Goosecreek Retirement Community, Baytown, TX.  2007-2008. Landscape Design and construction documents for an approx. 2800 person retirement community. Project utilized the framework from an existing hospital.  Landscape features included a Memory garden, fountains, shade structures, walking paths, activity centers and general landscaping.

Spring Creek Sub-Basin Storm-water Project, Garland, TX., 2008. Landscape plans for restoration of natural landscape after installation of storm-water relief lines through Spring Creek Forest Preserve and other City property.

Celebration Tree Grove, Dallas, TX. 2006. Design in White Rock Lake Park.   A central plaza with monuments to mount plaques honoring recipients and representing donations for the tree reforestation within the park.

Villas In The Park, Fairview, TX, 2006.  Design for townhome and patio home development.  Entry, streetscape, pocket gardens, park area, and other amenities for the development.

Abby’s Storage, Dallas, TX., 2006.  Design and tree mitigation for new location for storage unit facility.

The Woodson Place, Rains County, TX., November 2002-Currently on-going. Design for a Conservation Subdivision that integrates needs of wildlife with those of humans.  Native plantings, natural areas, and community interaction through design are of great importance as we provide common property improvements for this subdivision.  Some items included in the design are entry features, fencing, pavilion and surrounding area with parking, regulation of views within the site, re-vegetation of pond areas, bridges, and trails.

Villas of Westridge, McKinney, Tx.,  2004.  Design for a 300 unit townhome project. Entry, community landscape, pocket gardens, swimming pool amenity, and the landscapes for individual units that would be maintained by the Homeowner’s Association. .  Traditional project with developer’s desire for a ‘unique’ landscape look.

Texas SmartScape Program Demonstration, Garland, TX., 2005. Beautification Project for roadway entry median to the city.  This landscape was to be used as a demonstration to the public that colorful, flowing landscapes can be created with less water and maintenance. The project utilized low water use, low maintenance plantings and other Texas SmartScape techniques to create a beautification for the gateway site.

City of Grand Prairie Water Utilities, Grand Prairie, TX. February 2003-2005.  Water efficient landscape design for city well sites located within the city of Grand Prairie. The designs incorporated porous hardscape materials, drip irrigation techniques, native plantings and other water efficient and water effective ideas.  Project requirements included the occasional use of heavy equipment on drives, etc.  Work has been completed for three well sites.

Laurus Financial Office Building, Heath, TX. 2003.  Landscape for office building with a natural style to coordinate with the country style building. Perennial color and movement through the use of grasses.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Lavon Lake Office, Wylie, TX., June 2003.  Design for Park Entry and restroom facilities.  The design challenge was to develop a entry that created an appropriate identity for the Lake facility.  Installation of the design is scheduled to begin in the 2004 fiscal year.

City of Grand Prairie Stanton Gardens, Grand Prairie, TX. March 2001. Conceptual and design development only for a Federally funded neighborhood park. Project through the Neighborhood Revitalization department.

Gardens of Josey Lane, Carrolton, TX. 2001. Redesign of apartment complex.

Cultural Landscape Report for BLM Helium Properties, Amarillo, TX.   April 1999. Funded through the National Park Service. Documented the Amarillo Helium production plants in a Cultural Landscape Inventory and made recommendations that indicated their potential as historic landscapes.

Cultural Landscape Report for Chisana-Gold Hill Mining District.  May, 1998. Thesis research sponsored by the National Park Service.  Investigation of a historic mining district within the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, Glennallen, Alaska.
